i think of my mother, and all the incredibly strong female role models i am blessed to have in my life. to all of you, i thank you, as i keep the learnings you give me close to my heart, to help me navigate the unknown of the things to come, and discovering more about myself through the eyes you lay upon me.

My eyes wander over the canvas. My emotions change with every female i discover. So many messages at once, maybe even overwhelming. But isnt that what it means to be female?

This makes me think of the inequalities between sexes on the patriarchy. As well as general need I have to love my own body and be tender toward myself and others

Chessboard of women identity - so many different beings fitted into square spaces which cannot contain them. Somehow it brings to mind how society want to put women in boxes but we are floating over them. Stunning colours capture this duality of being.

This reaches into the depths of my soul. Its essence is like a fairy's whisper, enchanting and profound. The canvas exudes an aura of tranquility, urging me to slow down and immerse myself in its message. It reminds me of the times when I am at my most serene and relaxed, when the world moves at a gentler pace. In those moments, I am so engrossed in the present that I have little time to ponder over my self-doubts and the judgments others cast upon me. This serves as a potent reminder, It shows us that the key to overcoming the burden of insecurities lies in accepting who we are and endeavoring to improve at our own pace. Growth and self-improvement do not demand haste, but rather a patient nurturing, like a tender blossom unfurling in the first light of dawn.

I love how its depicting a feminine flow, different poses and colours, yet there is structure behind it.
