Light has always been inside

My heart is the only thing that makes me grow

Wow, a beautiful piece. A palate of earthy greens, yellows and blues. A body with life springing forth from it, still somewhat human. A ghostly visage of a face where stems and flowers now grow towards a unseen lightsource. Yellow veiny tributaries flowing up, down and through this once moving body. Now still, at least in our sense. A warm yet cooling seed like heart lies at the centre of it all. In all of us there exists nature, the need to chase after the light, to show our colours to the world and to return back to the world leaving it a better place than we left it.

You had already vanished from this world, by the river at the dazzling feast - you burned out with its bright lights, you faded with the call of the wild goose.

You look at me, you see my healing transformation happening

pulling me apart in wildly different directions, as the unintelligible darkness tries to force its power on me, I sense a deeper core within. Maybe all directions are meant to be - spreading my branches to all points of the compass, extending myself like a tree.

It’s about constantly changing, being in a state of metamorphosis all the time.

Omnia mutantur, nihil interit. Nothing ever really goes away--it just changes into something else. Something beautiful
