Here is a so called speed bump. I love the technique that is used to shape it round: You place a long ironsticj in the middle of the bump. On the Part sticking out you attach the guide, which you cut out of wood with the shape you want the bump to have. Now concrete on the bump and you just cut the concrete with your guide which you can turn around the stick and always will stay on the perfect place with the perfect cut. -Zambia
