The flower design for a mutilated vulva was my approach to a creative workshop I held with a community trainer for Terre des Femmes at SRH university Berlin. The workshop aims to inform about and prevent Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and Early and Forced Marriage (EFM) in Germany. Due to the heaviness of the topic, my friend reached out so that creative reflection could help dealing with thoughts and feelings as well as creating a vision.
