This work is about the element air and how birds show us endless liberty. “Free as a bird” was the first idea of this work. The feeling of endless liberty which we experience in viewing birds poses the question: will we as human beings on planet earth ever experience an endless liberty? I came to the conclusion that we can regain our liberty step by step by listening to what comes from above (the singing of the birds) in order to re-learn this liberty. And maybe then we can experience a little momentum of absolute freedom.
