As the title suggests, INNERMOST delves into the depths, exploring the unconscious realm and the space between consciousness and unconsciousness. This installation uses ceramic clay sculptures, mirrors, memos, and dream diaries to convey these themes. The largest sculpture differs when viewed directly versus through the mirror, symbolizing the confrontation between the self and its reflection, suggesting that the internal world unfolds on the other side of the mirror. To me, dreams are among one of the most strange, mysterious, and fascinating aspects. By incorporating some of my memorable dream diaries into this installation, I aim to explore the subconscious and its nuances from various perspectives.
