Design of a typographic character as a cultural identity of a village in eastern Sicily, Novara di Sicilia, where the spoken dialect language originates thanks to several colonies that have settled in those places making it unique in its kind. To this day it resonates in the streets as an immaterial identity. The objective of the project is to preserve this immaterial identity of the Novara culture through the design of a typographic character starting from the study of Benevento (Longobard) calligraphy and thus giving shape to a material identity of the Novarese dialect.
